Orders

After completing your order, we will send you an order confirmation by e-mail. If you have not received a confirmation, please contact us through our customer service at support@nintenbrosmusic.com. We will respond to your request as soon as possible and ensure that you receive your order.
Clothing Care
To ensure the best durability for your prints, we recommend a tumble-dry on a low cycle before washing.
Printed apparel can be machine-washed cold, inside-out on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent and like colors. Use non-chlorine bleach only when necessary. You shouldn't use any fabric softeners or dry-clean the items.
DTG-printed apparel can be tumble-dried on a low cycle, but hang-dry works best. When it comes to ironing, use cool iron inside-out. Don't iron the print.
Delivery
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking reference and a link to our shipping service provider's website where you can track your order.

We would like you to receive a flawless and high quality product. To do so, please send an email with photos and description of the damage and your order number to our customer support - support@nintenbrosmusic.com. We will take care of your request as soon as possible.
